The 1899 $2 silver certificates are one of a kind notes which is extremely popular among collectors and dealers due to its uniqueness. These notes always come with blue ink serial numbers, seal, and a large 2 overprint on the left-hand side of the bill.
Value: The value of 1899 two dollar silver certificates is based upon condition and signature combination variety.
